Matija Kvasina wins the 2016 Tour of Croatia

    Matija Kvasina has won the overall title in the Tour of Croatia. The Croatian, riding for the Synergy Baku Cycling Project, moved in to the race lead on the fourth of six stages and the team successfully brought him to today’s finale.

    Matija Kvasina retained his overall lead in the Tour of Croatia, as the team put in a powerful performance to finish fourth in the 41km team time trial.

    Zoidl takes the 4th stage, Kvasina now leads overall

    Riccardo Zoidl, the Austrian from Trek-Segafredo takes the queen’s stage of Tour of Croatia, a 122 kilometre span from Crikvenica to Vojak peak of mount Učka which sported 3000 metres of total altitude.
